Clarity
Understand the business before prescribing technology. Before we talk about ClickUp: where does work lose context, ownership or momentum when it changes hands?
Link
Connect people, workflows, tools, data, decisions and ownership. A tool cannot carry a decision nobody has made. We settle who owns what before anything gets configured.
Implement
Build and activate the operating system. Every capability we add is one somebody has to maintain. Complexity is a cost, so we spend it deliberately.
Quality
Test the system against real behaviour and real outcomes. Attendance is not adoption. We measure what people actually do 30 days after the training ends.

CliqOps is led by Anna Bonalba, a ClickUp Verified Consultant who worked inside ClickUp as a Technical Account Manager before building the practice.
Across the team we have built more than 500 workspaces and shaped over 2,500 workflows in five years, spanning agencies, SaaS, ecommerce, production, construction and professional services.
We are deliberately narrow at the front and deep at the back: one accountable partner per account, with a trained bench doing specialist execution behind them. That is why the engagement survives someone taking leave.
